I focus my teaching on Vinyasa yoga, one of the most contemporary styles of yoga. Excellent for your overall health and wellness, Vinyasa yoga focuses on linking your breath to your movements while intertwining fitness elements to provide a wide range of benefits to the body and soul. I embrace the physical challenges each asana presents, and the deeper spiritual fulfillment that comes with completion of each flow.
My goal is to challenge you to disconnect from the chaos, support you in finding inner strength, and empower you by providing you with opportunities to encounter movement, breath, and healing.
